The brief

Under the new local government building guidelines the requirement was to build to a passive standard with an acrylic render.

The Soltherm solution

200EPS using a premium basecoat with microfibres to achieve a uvalue of 0.15 and high impact resistance imbedded with Soltherms fiberglass reinforcing mesh. 1.5mm Acrylic premium render to the exterior of the property.
